Crystal Advent Legacies-Timeline
Lost Era
-Three entities exist, Light(Hyperion), Darkness(Azathoth), and Time(Zurvan), Light and Darkness fight, and Time intervenes, realizing the universe will collapse if either of them dies.
-Hyperion and Azathoth agree to fight only through their creations, Zurvan separates the cosmos, creating the corporeal and ethereal realms. Hyperion is granted dominion over the Corporeal while Azathoth rules over the Ethereal.
-To ensure the safety of the corporeal cosmos and to spread light across the bleak expanse of darkness, Hyperion begins creating the Uthra, beings of pure light who inhabit shards of its own crystal.(Uthra)
-Hyperion creates the first corporeal world, creating a host of gigantic creatures to roam its forested and grassland landscapes.(Aucturn)
-Zurvan creates a realm in the ethereal separated from the what would later be called the abyss, as well as a race of immortals to observe the events of the corporeal cosmos.(Yazatans & Ohrmazd)
-Azathoth merges all the festering remains of his original horde into one monstrous amalgamation of flesh, creating the core for the abyss that all other infernal realms would connect to.(Vhrool)
-Vhrool becomes sentient and tries to absorb its creator, Azathoth is forced to scour the intelligence from the entity, leaving it mostly mindless, moving on basic instinct and desire.(Lu-Kthu)
-Zurvan devises a method to track the progression of time on a galactic scale, creating the basic units from seconds all the way up to years, which allows him to record the events of the cosmos easier. The creation of tracking Time marks the end of the Lost Era and the beginning of the Mythic Era.
Mythic Era
AY 023-Azathoth releases the hordes of creatures created by Lu-Kthu into the void, and watches the ensuing conflicts between Praetors and fiends.
AY 059-Taking advantage of their distraction, Azathoth sneaks into Aucturn and wanders the depth of its oceans, infesting it with smaller horrors it had devised in the abyss.
AY 133-Using the inspiration from his visit to Aucturn, Azathoth creates another realm to inhabit after the capitulation of Vhrool to Lu-Kthu.(Ry’leh)
AY 137- Azathoth creates a race of psionic beings to protect Ry’leh from invasion.(Cthyllan)
AY 147-Sea-dwelling horrors burst upon Aucturn's shores, ripping apart and devouring many sophists before the archons and praetors could respond.
AY 148-One praetor leads a group of his kin who shed their wings and delve into the depths of Aucturn’s seas in a desperate attempt to purge the fiends from its waters.
AY 149-Aucturn’s seas are finally cleansed of fiends though only one praetor manages to return from the depths. She is rewarded with ascension for her efforts, granted powers beyond even those of Archons.(Mizugami)
AY 153-Working together, Hyperion and Mizugami create the second corporeal world, creating a shell to protect her soul which now inhabits a shard of crystal.(Mahoroba)
​AY 157-Mizugami creates a sentient race to act as guardians and care-givers to the new watery world of Mahoroba.(Amabie)
AY 206-Azathoth creates the first system of magic, powers that shape the raw energy coursing from its form, in an attempt to regain control of Lu-Kthu.(Diabolism)
